    All depends on the code.

    Think this unit is by Stoves for Ariston, check HY14103, if you have the older style then you will need gen for the modification kit.

    Hi Simon,
    Most likely that yours has the thermal protector inside the element, the current stock is external. I cannot see that this should make any difference.

    AFAIK there is no direct contact. It really does depend on who the OEM was. Probably the shop on UKW is the customers best option.
