As the op I thought I had better clear up the confusion.

This log in was available to myself and the other engineers whilst working at Aztech services.

It is through my current employer that I heard the rumours.

Thanks to my ex Service Force colleague who notified me about my post.

This was not generated by myself and I suspect there has been an administration/software error with ukWhitegoods.

I sold out to 2 of my managers who lasted 3 years and then had to call the receivers in- like most Directors who fail they blamed everyone else except themselves!

If there are any Service Force agents out there who did know me: a big hello from myself. I retired in 2010 and got bored of daytime television so am now working in the air-conditioning industry (3 days a week). andy@coolprojects.co.uk

hi guys,

try the internal black rubber hoses and the white plstic divertor on the back of the dispenser.

we have had a few of these where a mismold has let a flap of rubber restrict the flow and cause fill errors.
