I would strongly advise any one ordering from CDSL to check there cost price against the retail price on the 4out house sites, some of the margins can be interesting to say the least.

Re: More info to the public than Us???

I have been offered the chance to go “online” with CDSL getting a {e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of the sales through the site. It’s not something I will be doing as I see it it’s not just the web sight getting it wrong it’s the customers to.
How many calls do other businesses get for timers or PCB from customers when it’s not the fault? The moment one of my customers asks for a timer I ask why and normally the problem has nothing to do with a faulty timer I point them in the right direction and leave them to it. I prefer to talk to my customers even if some times it means not selling them a spare.

OK well I received the belt (the wrong one) on a connect invoice with a little booklet showing a range of spares they can supply me with and a 10{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} discount off the next order. Called them back as the customer saying the belt was wrong, they are arranging a free post back and gave me a CAN no and a new PNE. Have also been in contact with my area rep asking why I should continue doing business with a company who’s services is getting worse, who’s spares are getting more expensive and who are now selling direct to my customers. Just waiting to hear back on that one

Yep I have held an accout with them for this business for 6 years and have been dealing with them with different business before this for about 10 years. Still no sign of the belt yet.
