Thank you so much for the swift response. When you say drain off the water in the base, is this via the usual drain hose on the front or will we need to access any other parts of the machine?

My reason for asking is that this is an integrated machine so the thing is wedged in rather tightly and it will take rather a lot of ‘elbow-grease’ to shift it!
