    Well the fault would appear to be that it sticks out from under the worksurface by a couple of inches, so any water that drips off collects on top, seeps through, and damageo the controls.

    Thanks for the swift reply. It was the local engineer who said it was the control module and apparently quoted 325 (inclusive) to replace it. This was done through a third party so I am trying to establish what a reasonable price might be. I would have thought about 160, tops. How hard is it to swap a control module out?

    I understand it’s not waterproof, but I would have thought it could cope with a omall amount dripping off some dishes.
