    Hi

Sorry it’s taken so long to reply. I have been really busy and not had the time to look at it properly until today.

The black grid is clean… couple of tiny bits but they just rinsed clear.

    Hi

It is emptying… although it didn’t at first. But the bleeping and four flashes come on after a few minutes of starting the machine. When the door is opened, anything that was in the sump has been emptied, but I’m not sure if water is being pumped in…. The lights are definitely flashing four times.

    Any ideas

    Hi all

New here and this is my first post. I have had the same symptoms and initially I managed to get the machine working again by flushing through the sump by pouring a couple of saucepans of water into the bowl underneath the mesh and then running it empty. It worked for a couple of runs, but now its back and that trick doesn’t work any more.

I came online looking for advice and found this thread. I followed the instructions, fully expecting the sump to be disgusting, but it was spotless?? I then run some water through the hose to check for blockages in that, but its fine????

Totally flummoxed, any ideas on where else I might look? None of the pipes are trapped and everything seems surprisingly clean.

Look forward to hearing any replies…. I don’t fancy washing up the Xmas dinner stuff without my old faithful 😯
