Thanks for the fast response! I rushed out to the utility room to try it but it doesn’t reach! It’s a few inches too short, plus the ‘straw’ is quite stiff and the bit that I assume I’m connecting it too is a black rubbery circle that does line up with the membrane on the water container, but I’m not sure they’ll actually ‘connect’ if the met anyway. Do you think I need some kind of connector or rubbery hose?
