    On programme 5, takes water for 20 sec, motor action then stops.[on/off flashing rapidly plus rinse hold and mini load flashing.

    Hi to all,

    Just to make some clear sense to the writing on the wall. BEKO use a contracted list of service agents throughout the country who do their jobs well. Since am the guy who has departed BEKO I can clear some of the aspects of this Rumour.

    Every manufacture has the right to choose who they want to carry out service on their product, regardless of what has been posted here, as long as they meet the requirements that BEKO Plc expect.

    In times were a company is growing at a rapid rate, their will always be a requirement for extra service centres to be appointed due to the volumes of work, and the needs of the customer to get the service expected. BEKO management have done the best to appoint service agents with the reputation of being professional in what they do, and meet the satisfactory requirements in order to carry out that service.

    In my time at BEKO I personally appointed a lot of service agents country wide whose memberships with any organization was irrelevant, as long as they had the resources to carry out the service required on the full range of products set out under a standard BEKO service contract, which is signed by every appointed service agent.

    My reasons for parting ways with the company have nothing to do with this rumour at all. I have left the company for personal reasons that will remain between management and myself. I can only thank the management for the putting up with me for so long and taking the time to see the needs of my personal circumstances with full committal and understanding.

    The management and staff at BEKO are considered by me to be of the uppermost professionals in what they do, and I must say I have been honoured to be part of the service team.

    I will now be moving on and will stand behind all the brands maintained by BEKO. As I was a technical person within the company, I had the pleasure in training some of the best service engineers in the country and admire all of them for the support.

    I hope this now closes this issue for a while as sometimes things can get a bit out of hand. There is a management course called the pig and whistle, if you know this then this is a clear view of what has happened here.
