    You have to change the two sensors listed below,

    Evaporator sensor kit part no 4394720185
    Air temperature sensor part no 4394720285

    Thanks, I know its a off chance question, I’m going back to change the water counter tomorrow and hope that will solve it. The epprom requires an exact number of impulses for it to fill and think its faulty. Customer is trying to find the model so that will help if it fails…

    You have to remove the complete top in order to gain access to the facia panel top fixing screws…bit of a bad on but the only way,

    I would check the heater NTC as it can play around with the programme if it gets a high resistance…..

    Yes mate this is a rinse hold, you have to select drain or spin to finish the cycle…..

    Check the drain pump impellor, as if it gets obstructed, it will give the electronics o the unit to play up and lock programmes. Quyite a common fault with this model.

    The machine had experenced an un ballance load hence the E18 error code.

    That fault sounds like a faulty NTC mate,

    Hi there, you have to change the PCB as it is logging a foam detection which will activate extended rinses up to an additional 27 rinses can be added. If you change the pcb to the new type, it will eliminate this problem the part number is 2822640073.
