Thanks again for your help, I managed to replace the sump hose by removing just the front in the end.

Once the access panel is off from the front you can get a hand to the hose, but I’ve been unable to get the hose off as the space is so limited. Do you need to remove the whole front of the machine, or is it just a case or perseverance using the small panel? Videos I’ve watched have machines where you take off the bottom and there is loads of space for access, but this doesn’t seem possible with this machine.
