Thanks so much for your reply & all your helpful suggestions Andyjawa. 🙂
I’ve done what you suggested with the descaler (carefully & without any accidents!) & the screwdriver. I ran a short wash & unfortunately it’s still leaking at the lower junction of the black tube, although less than before. Could change lower wire clip to hose clip but still not sure that’s good idea? Or have another go with the descaler? You mentioned changing the conveyor pipe union but that it would mean dismantling the whole soap box. Is this a job you think a novice like me is capable of undertaking & if so do you happen to know if there are any instructional videos I could follow? Or do I need to bite the bullet & get in a professional?!
