thanks so much for taking the trouble to write your note your note and warnings.

a few more points.

A couple of times recently one of our kids had not closed the door fully but weirdly the alarm hadn’t triggered.

with hindsight it was probably overloaded.

we tried unplugging for 10 mins & replugging.

we have now fully emptied & removed all moisture.

sadly all to no avail.

any ideas much appreciated!
