ParticipantRe: buying a new integrated dishwasher 45 cm
saso wrote:Hi,
I am buying an integrated dishwasher and am looking at Bosch SPV46MX00E (Series 4) for around 400-450 euros. I need a 45 cm wide but since it will be used mainly for 2 persons this should not be a problem.
Is this a quality/good enough buy or would you suggest an alternative?
Thank you
Hi,Thank you for your recent enquiry.
This model would be suitable, it is 45cm and has a lot of programs & features which I am sure will be suitable for your needs and requirements. Unfortunately as the manufacture we do not have any information regarding the price of the machine, however if you click on the following link you can find dealers in your area https://www.bosch-home.co.uk/dealer-locator

ParticipantRe: Bosch KGH39A47GB/01 fridge freezer frost issue.
ydenys wrote:Hello,
Ice accumulation on the fins within a week’s use blocking the airflow from the freezer compartment. When defrosted thoroughly (frost free, not in the manual), functions well for another week or so, slowly accumulating snow. All door seals are good. No noise/temperature issues/rapid temperature fluctuations. “Super” fan being on or off in any compartment does not affect it. Please advice on the fault/instructions to remedy it.
Thanks in advance.

When I set it to the ECO wash the display flashes as it should but as soon as you shut the door to start the program it bleeps twice no red light shines on the floor and then nothing happens.
Can anybody help?
ThanksHi,
We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems, we would advise that the reset can be done by turning on the machine by the power button, hold in the start button for 3-5 seconds and turn the machine on & off by the power button. This will then reset the appliance so you can continue to use it. If you do need any additional support please feel free to direct message us or you can call our Customer Care Team on 03448 928 979. – Thanks Tammy

staveley wrote:Hi All, looking for some pointers to solve spin problem on Bosch Exxcel 1400 Express washing machine please.
E-Nr: WFX2867GB/06
FD: 8406Problem originally occurred during an EasyCare wash program & there may have been a ‘thud’ noise but not close enough to be sure. After the wash/rinse/drain phases, the spin phase never gets up to speed so clothes remain wet.
With an empty load, the drain program works as expected. The spin program empties the water, although the pump seems to run for longer than usual. The (empty) drum then starts to rotate but immediately slows down again. This repeats a few times. Eventually the status display jumps to 50{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} and 01 min remaining. A minute later the status changes to 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} completed.
I have checked the filter but this was clean. Is there anything else I can try? Is there a reset procedure?
Thanks in anticipation.Hi,
Thank you for getting in touch regarding your Bosch washing machine.
We are sorry to hear of the difficulties experienced with your appliance and can confirm that there is an imbalance being detected in the load. This can happen when a load is too small or too large. The sensor will detect this and the cycle will not complete as usually expected. All of which will be explained in the user manual. Please be assured we are happy to advise, it doesn’t sound like a product fault.
If you do need further assistance or support please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care Team on 03448 928 979 who will be happy to help you further.
Thanks,
Tammy
