I’m posting this in the hope that it might be useful to others in the future. I had same no power issue on my Blomberg LRF285411W washing machine, it wouldn’t turn on at all, but the issue was not the fuse or the plug. It was the D7 diode. I got a replacement for £2.50, opened the back of the washing machine, removed the main circuit board, replaced and re-soldered the diode and now it works again.
