I’m surprised if it’s been washing with cold water all this time though. Next time I’ll try a hotter wash and see if I can feel any heat thru the door.

Hi,

I have the same problem as Steliz with my side-by-side S20ERWW2V-A/G. No error code, just frozen food in the fridge. A few questions:
1. Can the air damper be defrosted as Toff suggests?
2. Is this the thing at the top left of the fridge? There’s also an air duct from the freezer lower down.
3. If I have to fork out £81 for a new one, is it an easy DIY fit?

Any help greatly appreciated 😀
