Hi there,
I noted that your appliance is frost free. So obviously it has a defrost system. So there must be a drain hole in the appliance to take away the defrost water. This could be blocked with a fungal growth that likes cool damp conditions. This can be cleared by pouring boiling water down the drain tube.
If the insulation has failed on the bottom this is quite an easy repair. With aluminium sheet pop rivets and rock wool. If I can assist you further please get in touch,……Brian Rees
