    Relay Found

After discussing with my technical director at work he found me a relay.
    The replacement is:
    Finder 45.71.7.012.0310
    RS stock code 494-6348
    £3.55 +vat

This is a 12vdc relay but the coil voltage is a minimum of 7.3v. I checked the coil voltage on the board and that is 9.7vdc. Replaced the relay and all is good. Thanks for your help.

electrofix wrote:this oven uses electronic control. to switch the elements on and off they use relays on the board. it is likely that one of those relays welded closed as the element blew

most times its possible to find and replace the relay as the cost of the board is silly

Great call, located the relay and the points were fused, I can’t find the original spec relay
    Eberle 0410 63 022 011
    Coil 8vdc
    250v 16A

    Can you reccomend a replacement?

Please ignor this badly worded post. I have started a new thread about the problem.
