The problem is that i cannot readily change the way we use it. i.e Low temp washes using non bio detergent, however we do also run regular high temp washes for towels etc
Frustratingly we also do weekly maintenance washes using bleach….but nothing seems to keep the smell at bay.
I was pretty dissapointed how quickly the smell returned, after deep cleaning the pipes.
I have little only option but to try and convince Mrs B to change her detergent to something with a bleaching action…but i’ve already been down that road and failed.
She’s convinced it is the machine, but as you stated and I concur that problem will just reappear, unless there are machines on the market that are less susseptible to bacterial build up when using non biological products.
