Resurrecting an old thread so that the documentation is in one place.

I have U13 on an NA-148VG4 and have removed the 3D sensor and used a meter with sharp probes to test all the fine wires – they are fine.

I also looked at the service manual on Partmaster and was able to run the service test for spin. This shows values for the x, y and z directions for the 3D sensor and then abruptly also goes U13.

any advice please as to whether to spend the £50 on swapping the 3D sensor or what else to look at?

The springs, weight and dampers are all in place and seem fine.

This is a fault rather than imbalance as the machine is bang on level and completely empty and still fails.
