Hi , i am currently running a machine made by the manufacturer of the ISE 10 , it is a superb piece of engineering , and performs brilliantly . this is despite it being 18 years old and Washing for 4 . The machine still looks and sounds as new . As an engineer i am looking forward to the arrival of ise 10 onto a market dominated by cheap poor quality machines which have a lifespan measured in months rather than years . It was interesting to read you were fed up having brushes etc replaced , i used to spend a considerable amount of time replacing carbon brushes but truth be told the current crop of machines don’t last long enough to wear their brushes down. Good to see that there are a few of us out there leading a crusade for change . and at last we have got a machine that we can truely reccomend again . john

Re: QUESTION ABOUT MY OWN SMELLY MIELE(10 YEAR WARRANTY ONE)

HI, may be able to help here, we have found that doing a service wash (ie with no clothes) does not work . we have found that you actually have to do a real hot wash on a regular basis. Theory goes that you require the water pouring through the holes in the drum from the washing on spin , washing the tub down after the gunge has been loosened by the high temp wash. Takes a couple of months but will smell a lot fresher.

PS AVOID CONSISTENTELY WASHING AT 30 OR 40 DEGREES , ALWAYS WASH YOUR TOWELS AT 60.
