Re: Fisher & Paykel GW701 noisy drum

Checked all that I could. The rotor is not contacting the stator and the oob arm only contacts the outside of the bowl enclosure when it is out of balance. How do I remove the top panel to remove the inner rotating drum? or is there another way to check how secure the rotor is attached to its reinforcing plate. Removing the agitator does not show anything. The noise is only there when the inner drum is rotated manually. It seems to operate normally and quieter under power.
