    Thanks for that.

We managed to access the eco ball and clean it & the surrounding pipe work, but it hasn’t made any difference. The water is still not draining from the machine.

    Re: Bosch not emptying water

    Hi Don,
    Thanks for your reply.

The machine number inside the door is: E-Nr WFP3300GB/01 FD8106 00720

Yes, it does have a filter on the front – we have checked and cleaned it. We are really in a quandry – do we repair the machine or buy a new one?

    Thanks for your reply.

We had difficulty accessing the sump hose, as we could only get the front of the machine partially off. Do you need to remove the drum seal to get the front right off?

    Thanks again

    Re: Stuck eco ball??

    Hi,
What is the best way to access the sump? From the front or the rear of the machine?

We tried taking the front off the machine, managed it a little way but access was still really difficult. Do you have to remove the drum seal to get the front off completely?

    Thankyou.

    Re: Stuck eco ball??

    Hi,
    Thanks for your prompt reply.

When on the rinse cycle the water won’t drain out of the machine. You can hear the pump whirring but nothing is happening with the water.

My husband managed to release the ball and hold onto it to prevent it getting stuck again, and the water drained out fine. We also wondered if it could be the pressure hose that may be blocked??

How can you access the ball and ensure that it does not stick again?

    Thanks for your help.
