Thanks Dave – it’s at the back bottom I think, a Samsung digital inverter compressor, an all round cooling fridge/freezer. The installation requirements say it needs 200cm/sq ventilation top and bottom. It doesn’t have this at the bottom as it sat on the bottom of a hardwood carcass, it does have space at top. I was wondering if this is the main reason for it being warm and noisy (humming) or whether it could be the seal as well? Many thanks
