ooo dear, just had engineer out , im soo embarassed now. one of my kids must have dropped a playball down the hose which then eventually got jammed and stopped the fan turning, but all sorted now and almost had a £58 call out charge added, im glad i offered him coffee wen he arrived lol , well thankyou again for all your help and in the future ill no where to come bk and will certainly recommend your forum to friends and family 😀 😀 😀 😀 😀

hi and thankyou for all your replies, engineer calling tomorrow as i finally found my invoice and it turns out to be still under warranty so we will see whos eating who hahaha, but thankyou for all your help i really apreciated it, and i will post back here tomorrow with the conclusion lol

hi m8 thanks for your reply, it sounds as if it is working ie the usual humming noise and it is heating up but the drum will not turn, i have put my hand inside the dryer and tried to turn the drum myself but it wont budge, so is it likely to be prob with the motor? 😯
