Really appreciate the help, thanks for being gentle with me on the stupidity front too lol, I’ve had the oven years but for some reason thought they all glowed! It was the zero voltage to the outer element ring that did me, I was convinced something was wrong. I should stick to my day job, still it’s good to learn 🙂

Many thanks for the help kwatt, I did read that some only glow in the middle but what confused me was the lack of voltage to the outer rings? I didn’t test the voltage on normal oven settings and now I think about it I should have, could the outer element ring be for normal cooking (I.e. Fan assisted top and bottom heating)?
Feel a bit of a donut if that’s the case lol 🙂
