Thank you for your replies. I will tomorrow run a dry cycle without a water connection to see how that goes and while that’s running see if I can get further into this condenser unit

Thanks I didn’t post model numbers as im getting the same problem with different machines, some work some don’t with the same number.

i checked the plastic condenser tank when changing the heater and looked ok.

its strange because if you watch the cycle the clothes separate like they are drying but when the cycle is finished they are stuck together soaking wet but no water in the drum
