Haha, yeah. Wasn’t going to pay them that cash, was hoping to do the clock myself to be honest.

it’s a Britannia SI-E10T-L-S. serial number is 70401026.

would a thermostat cut out knock the clock screen totally off? The digital screen goes blank. I know that the oven can’t come on if the clock isn’t set. So if the clock goes off then I guess the oven would stop. I had a quick go at taking the front off last night but looks like I have to take the whole top off the range. It is 1 whole top with all the rings, seems overly convoluted to just take off the front panel!
