Pretty sure it’s an ISE 5 – it certainly has a digital display with yellow numbers and letters. No error codes.
A PDF of the manual would be great!

I have not yet contacted a local agent though as I bought it through White Goods, I don’t know who my local agent might be. (Or how to contact someone about repair.)

I’ll try the leaving it unplugged for longer and the tap on the door handle (I’m probably more worried about breaking it than most, lol.)

12yo fingers, I’m afraid – old enough to think that his mucking about might actually help!!! lol.

Thanks. I will try that after the cycle that my son started (grrr) finishes! lol

There was definitely no water in it. (Until my son started the cycle!)
