Tried what you said and it has helped a bit. Is there any other thing I can do?
On a previous machine I had we encountered the same problem. I cleaned all the dispenser untit etc. just like it said in the manual but with little effect. As I had insurance, I called the engineer who cleaned it all for me by going inside the machine and he got it working like new. However, I was still stung for £80 as they said it was something I could’ve done.??!
I explained to them that I followed the instructions in the manual to the letter but without success. Once all the customer’s options are exhausted what else can you do? I changed my insurance provider immediately and let them know what I thought of them.
