I’d carefully read your post, Martin, about quoting all the right codes- but I guess I still got it wrong because I didn’t know the right ones to quote…

I think the three letter prefix you talk about is

SPS

On the inside of the door it says SPS2462GB. The manual just says SPS 20/24 on the front. The other number the manual mentions is the FD number, which is 7906 680375.

I hope this helps.

I did remove the the ‘combined coarse/fine strainer’ and the ‘microfilter’ as shown in the manual, cleaned and degunked them, and checked as far as I can tell for any other blockages.
