All sorted. Thanks for your help and suggestions Martin with this. For reference I removed the side panel which exposed a large plastic piping system which is connected to the cold inlet and outlet pipes. This has become quite clogged with silt etc so I took it out and thoroughly cleaned it all. Once i’d reassembled it all, it worked perfectly and all my dishes are being cleaned as good as new. Saved me a considerable call out charge or replacement. Thanks again,

thanks again Martin – whats the easiest way to get access to the impeller – is it via a side panel? If so do you know how to remove the side panel?

Thanks for the two replies.
I opened the door without the basket and there is only a small jet (about 2 inches) coming from the nozzle. I can’t see anything blocking it though.
After about 5 mins the water is up to the salt cap………
The bottom arm spins really well and the water gets piping hot as normal.
