and i should have also have said that the problems i had getting off the filter off our machine were all made up , and i imagine the constant clicking we get with our machine is spinning is made up as well ❗
time and time again you guys slag off indesit made machines for their faults and i totaly agree, when someone else states their opinian, why try and make out that what they are saying is rubbish.

Hi Penquin45,
ok i understand you guys are engineers but all im saying is that these covers are a pain to get off , what i should have said is gently twist from left to right whilst pulling

hi again ,
appreciate your comments guys but i have never found any coins, bra wires, or any other foreign objects in the filter or inlet, these covers are just a pain to get off , like the rest of the machine its a piece of c—p ❗

Hi,
we have a bwd129, the filter cover is a right pain to remove best solution is to use a set of grips and keep turning from left to right whist pulling at the same time hope this helps .,
also hope its the last problem you have with the machine {see clicking bwd 129}

Just an update,,,,
As i said on my last posting dated 19 june, Indesit have promised to replace our BWD129 washer dryer under warrenty , My question is how can a company promise a first class after sales service take so long to do anything regarding repairs or replacements, we have now been waiting for 14 days for them to get in touch regarding deleivery of replacement washer , some sort of first class service as i said before if you own a indesit product be prepared for a long drawn out experiance 👿 👿 👿

just an update regarding the clicking noise , as commented on my last post the last engineer/ technician sorted out the problem, 😀 oh no he didn,t 🙁 three days later during the wifes washing stint there was a bang and a click and then from there on in every spin cycle the damm clicking noise was there. ok back to indesit their answer, send out engineer number 6 ❗ ❗ my answer no way ❗ ❗ ❗ left it a couple of days trying to contact dixons where we purchased the machine, only problem you ring their aftersales dept and where do you end up after telling the automated service that its a hotpoint yes back to indesit . anyway after a few heated words with there so say customer services dept we had a phone call from the exchange dept to say that they are finally going to replace the machine 😀 only problem is ive got to accept another hotpoint , all i can say to all the indesit customers with faulty machines is be prepared for a long drawn out experience ❗

Just an update on the clicking noise , contacted the dreaded indesit service centre and hey presto they sent out a [technician] not just an engineer, what the difference is i dont know, but this guy knew what he was doing, turned out that the problem was being caused by a slightly elongated hole in the casing where the lower shock absorber bolts trough,
with the aid of a couple of washers he fixed it, the machine now spins as if it was new but there again it is only 10 months old. 😀 😀 😀completlystumped
