gb/04 Have stripped brewing unit,grinding motor where beans are is is empty and there is no sign of a cleaning tablet or filter coffee thanks away for reply, as thought might be on my own with such a specialized unit

bsh enginneer hear first post watch for this fault guys have come across 3 of these recently all due to air freshener,also watch out for knive tray at top basket if not clipped exactley where it should be can cause door and leaking problems
