Just another update i put machine on just now on spin only, no clothes in just a bit of water, it sounds like you are spining a bag of stones when it starts to pick up speed, the noise though seems to be coming from the back of the drum where it joins the pully wheel??
thanks

i had a look internally by taking one of the drumer lifers out but could not see anything? whilst i had my head in there it sounded as if the noise was coming from the middle of the drum at the back?
Any idea where the bearings are located, i took the concrete block off and the outer casing is cream and although i can not see any screws there looks like the drum is split say 70/30 with 2 clips either side??any ideas, thanks for the initial reply

Hi just want to say after a check of pump, waste/water pipe and a quick blow in pressure switch tube, plus other checks here and there, i put the machine all back together and……………………………..BINGO no more noises, no more flashing lights and the spin is a max speed.
A big thank you to Jim and all others that have had an input in this topic.Kind regards

heckng all areas now as we speak, at least the flashing lights have gone just need my spin to get up to normal speed and we will be away, no more noises just no fast spin.
checking all over for any blockages now, only thing i cant get of is the drain hose where it connects to the pump.

got the lid of gave a little blow down the pressure switch black tube, machine has been disconected for a good 10 mins, just plugged back in and went to final spin mode pressed start, drum was turning and going through the motions but not at the speed it should be spinning!!!
final spin session ended no flashing lights this time but water still in drum, as spin speed was not fast enough, it tries to get up to speed and when almost there is slows down again.

Ok with number 1 being top the numbers that are flashing are:-
Number 2 (Reduced Creases)
and
Number 4 (Mini Load)
I have removed the drain plug and all seems clear and the white little impellor turns freely

Jim,
The machine is around 18 months to 2 years old and has a plastic kick strip at the front, is it just a cse of removing this kick strip and having a look for anything unusal?
Like i say washes perfect just a grinding/ rubbing type noise on the max spin revolution and then its like its touching something thtas making it brake, to slow it downcheers

Jim,
No lights flashing, just tried another wash now all was ok but when the rinse and spin light was on and its started to spin, some water started to leak, stoped the machine cleaned the bit of water up and started it again, you could then hear the water emptying via the sink trap, when the rinse and spin got to max spin the noises appeared but seemed to be more when the spin was almos finishing, then on final spin its ok and again noisey near end and when slowing doen
thanks

Hi Penguin45,

Then am i right in when this is off, i take door off then bottom kick plate and finally left hand panel in this order!
