    I’ve had exactly the same problem.
    I replaced the suppressor – that didn’t help.
    I replaced the soap dispenser (part no. 812890063) – that has helped, all wash cycles can now be set and operate fully BUT the soap dispenser won’t open! I’ve disconnected and tested the solenoid (240v) and that operates ok. Can anyone help please?
