Sadly, you are correct regarding the re-freezing. The water flow has again ceased, for the same reason, so I presume I will need the cover. I did e-mail you regarding this recently, but did not get a response. I assume the e-mail didnt get to you, as I cannot guarantee my post system.
Can you let me know what would be involved.
I also noticed that the bottle itself has a slight leak, due to ice expansion, so I will need to replace this also. Comments?crouchender

Thanks for the help.
It was not obvious to me that the cold water tank was directly behind the salad chillers. I was expecting to see a tank rather than a fat pipe.
Following your advice about warming this, and checking the flow, I am pleased to report that the cold water flow now works.
Your initial post mentioned a build-up of ice. There does seem to be more ice on moving the pipes. How much would you expect to see were there a problem? I can then keep an eye on it to treat any potential problem early. Thanks again.

Thanks, R600A, for the prompt reply.
I have removed the salad boxes, but can see only a tiny amount of ice, not bad for the time I have had the fridge. As the fridge/freezer works ok, I am not sure that the evaporator is faulty.
I was under the impression that the cold water feed goes underneath the fridge anyway, and the question still remains whether this has frozen, or if there is a reservoir under there and whether this has frozen up.
Also how would replacing the cover inside the fridge help, or does the CW feeder go through and around the fridge itself? -
