Well the other board gives the same errors.

Oddly it doesn’t go into test mode when you press reset 4 times on switching to drain.
So I tried a run and it then gives me a F21 error.
I’ve ordered another board…

The brushes looked great, easily 10mm of wear left in them, and zero ish resistance.
Might get a man in now!…or look at a replacement

Thanks. All solder joins look great.
Re measuring the earth with my £12 maplin multimeter gives 100k ohm which was rising slowly but I got bored.
