    I’ve unplugged it completely from the mains for about 15 mins but the door is still stuck.

    I guess I’m gonna have to go inside now! 🙁

    (Cheers for moving the thread – sorry I put it in the wrong place)

    The machine is completely empty – I’ve since done a rinse & spin, it empties fine but the door is stuck shut! 🙁
