I hope its ok to drag this up.
I had a look at the dryer this weekend and it is the older part I need.
I also thought I would see how it comes out. Do I need to take the whole front off and if so how?
I slid back the top, removed the front plastic panel expecting access from there but it appears I need to remove the front to gain access to the PCB. Having removed the top and bottom screws holding the front on it appeared to be held about 2/3rds of the way down.
What am I doing wrong?
Many thanks

Cheers Washman and Penguin.
I was led to belive it is this part. http://shop.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/Tumble+Dryer+Parts/Hoover/Relays/91201247+-+Hoover+{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}252526+Candy+Tumble+Dryer+Relay+PCB{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}25252FModule.html
Could you confirm it is this part as the TC50 isn’t listed on ukwhitegoods but is on all other spares sites. I would rather buy from here.
Thanks again.

Great, thanks for the speedy response washman!

ParticipantHi Penguin,
Many thanks for the swift response. I did look at this part but presumed that this spring was for returning the actuator rod and not for sliding the lid back.
I will drop you a line.
Thanks

Cheers for this, unfortunately I found the fault last night. Frazzled PCB. Less than 4 years old and only had light use, is this about par for the course with cheapo machines?
Wont be buying another cheapie Bosch thats for sure:) Lots of great advice on this forum, will be taking some of it!
Thanks again
