    I see now how the interlock switch works – live incoming to pin 3 neutral on pin 1 and the switch operates (if the door is closed) and you get live out of pin 2. I’m not getting neutral continuity to pin 1 though – where does this neutral feed come from? Presumably a sensor that says if there is still water in the machine?

    Is the interlock switch a straightforward changeover switch or is it more complicated than that? Trying to check the new one and getting myself confused.

    While you have your spares catalogue open I could also use:
    a set of wheels
    a cutlery basket
    a grey plastic nozzle that fits to the underside of the lower arm

    Took it apart last night. The on/off switch has failed. How much is a new one?
