You’ll need to tell us the full model please, the two ** will be numbers. The rating plate is underneath normally which may require the oven underneath (if there is one) to be removed.

That is the filter Telf 😉
Check the water outlet where the waste hose connects to the sink (if it does) it may be blocked there, also kinked hose.
It may be the pump has failed also, if you need an engineer for help with that, check the repairs@ link below 🙂

Try removing and cleaning the condenser unit, it should say how to do this in the user manual.
It’s at the bottom of the machine and comes out through the front.
