Hi UncleD, the engineer came out and said it was the circuit board and pump. It only failed when it got hot. It worked out better value to replace the machine rather than repair it and have something else go wrong a few months later. The machine was 5 years old already.
Don’t know if it is the same problem as yours – hope you can get it fixed cheaply!
