    Connector block. And the path between the connector to each end of the heater was showing 0 ohms

    you would have to strip it and find it. Then disconnect the wires going to it and check the resistance with a multi meter. you looking for a low reading well under 100 ohms. if you get thousands its gone

    Thanks for replying so promptly.

    Managed to strip it down today. The heater has 25 ohms across it, so that is fine. Tracing the wires back, the connectors all look good, the water pressure switch seems to be working as does the relay on the PCB in the control model (when I activate it with a 9V PP3 battery, the contacts move over and make the circuit). I conclude that it is therefore some other fault on the PCB meaning that the drive circuit to the relay has failed. Anything else it could be before I look to replace the PCB or debug it?
