Thanks. Fridge now switched off and defrosting even though it is ‘Frost Free’.

Another recuring problem with this model is that the water drain at the back of the freezer regulary freezes solid. This results in a sheet of ice building up across the bottom of the freezer and water leaking out of the door seal.

The same thing happens to a friends identical model.

Any idea why this should keep happening after the drain is defrosted?
