    Been on hols for a few days so hadnt checked my posts. And yes after trying to reset unsuccsesfuly phoned customer the following day and asked them to set the machine on a wash programme, guess what its working again.??

    Went through the reset procedure today and still no difference??

    Thanks for looking at post problem is i dont have any more numbers its a second hand cooker and they where just given a piece of paper with the model number on when they bought it. The element needed is squareish with a wavy front edge and 1200w.cheers
