Has been a pain in the backside this one,machine only about 14 months old so not expected to be carbon brushes,having checked suggested options had a look at carbons, hardly any wear at all gave them a blast of air replaced them. Machine has not faulted since, so presumably problem was sticking carbons,
They must have decided to make contact every time i moved the machine lol.

Cheers for that Martin, and yes that is the logical way to do things but was just wondering if this machine has a common fault that usualy brings up this error code, a little knowledge in advance usually makes a good place to start,
