    Thanks for the quick reply.
That’ll mean a replacement PCB then. How much would one cost?
    Thanks.

Hi. Its most likely a simple O ring replacement needed to the valve that connects to the water collection tank at the bottom. A small rubber O ring both seals and holds the valve assembly together.

You have to tip the machine up on its back at an angle to access the underside (with the collection tank removed obviously) and locate the valve at the back. Two screws remove this valve where you’ll get a few pieces to play with. The main body of the valve, a small plastic pipe with a hole in it, a spring and a large rubber O ring and, at the tip of the pipe, there should be a small rubber O ring.
This small O ring is likely missing (worn out and dropped into the back) and therefore causing your leak. This O ring can be picked up for less than a quid in a good local hardware store. Bring your valve with you to fit one. Reassembling the valve is easy. The spring should have the valve open and seal against itself when pushed. It sounds complicated but its a relatively easy repair, if a little awkward to carry out. All you should need is a philips screwdriver.

Good luck and be careful 🙂
