Problem is fixed.

Engineer visited and checked pretty much everything. Mentioned the advice from this forum and he confirmed that the rubber “Eco ball” was clogged with limescale and detergent build up.

We live in a very hard water area, the amount of scale that came out of the machine was unbelievable. We’ve “Descaled” the machine religiously since having it so it was surprising what remained.

Thanks for the response and advice. I’ve contacted one of the engineers listed via the link you’ve provided.

I hadn’t tried the sump hose/eco ball but it makes sense it could be this. I would normally have a go at it myself but due to the COVID-19 situation, I’m at work far more than I would like!

I’ll update with the engineers findings.
