The fault was the front display ,cover is hard to get off but manage it without breaking it.

Thanks Bryan ,Went back to have another look ,double check faults .the fault codes are showing 4 on fridge side ,11 + 12 on freezer side both fans are coming on /off .happen to have main pcb for this model was just the same with new one .6 month ago changed the fridge defrost heater had a short to earth which had blown fuse in plug work ok til last week.

HI ,I think I Found the problem with samsung F/F SR S2028DVW .The freezer defrost element was reading 21 omhs ,I know the fridge defrost element should read 48 ohms ,is it the same for the freezer element ? I think it gets to the defrost cycle then does not come back on because it does not reach defrost temperature.What do ya think ?
