just an update for you..i unpluged the machine and put towels under it.tipped it to the left and loads of water came out. 😯 …… so i left it for 10 mins and did the same but no more came out.i have just turned it on and its working again.i will run it through a cycle and see what happens …..i will let you know the result

hi and many many thanks for your reply.now that does make complete scence. sorry if i seem a bit slow on the uptake but how do i drain the undertray…………. i will make sure the power is off before doing anything……….
